Racetuf Components manufacturing facility is nestled among the sugar cane fields near the tropical city of Mackay in the state of Queensland, Australia.

Racetuf has been producing racing automatic transmission parts for over 10 years, mainly for the ever popular and race proven GM 2 speed Powerglide. Racetuf started as a "hobby" business at first but now has evolved into a full time manufacturing business with investment in CNC machinery to enable production of quality, close tolerence racing components, machines such as an Hitachi Seiki Hi-Tec Turn 20 SII and a retro-fitted Bridgeport production mill, recently a Sykes Gear Generater was installed .

Racetuf has also invested in stocks of high strength, hard to procure specialist steels such as AMS 6418 "Hy-Tuf " and ultrastrong Maraging 350, the Maraging steel is scarce, very expensive and because of military implications is subjected to government controls, Racetuf has been passed ''ok'' to procure Maraging steels for the manufacture of race parts.
